He is a psychologist by training who volunteers at assistance centers for men who are victims of sexual abuse in the religious community. He is a writer and an opinion leader for his thousands of followers on social media. During his military service, he served in the Field Intelligence Corps, and today he is a reserve officer in the Home Front Command. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and Talmud from Bar-Ilan University and an M.A. in Medical Psychology from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
